Five percent of women suffer with a yeast infection that keeps coming back. This can happen for months for some sufferers while the unlucky ones can suffer for years with chronic Candida overgrowth.
If your Candida overgrowth is continually giving you reminders that it is present in your body there is a reason for your problem. It can easily be cured, but first you need to find the underlying cause of your infections.
Most women will continue to keep on using anti fungal creams to cure their chronic yeast infections. All this s going to do is create a drug resistant yeast infection. It won't ever cure your infection because you're only treating one of the symptoms.
When you're suffering from fungal overgrowth your itchy vagina isn't the infection, it's just a symptom. This is the most common symptom because the fungus loves to breed in a warm and moist environment. But this isn't the only place in your body that the fungus can survive in.
Another place in your body that is where fungi love to breed is your intestines. They also live in your intestines because they will feed on the food that you eat especially if you eat a lot of sugar. Sugar is their favorite food, and they will continue to grow in numbers while you continue to feed them.
If you want to put an end to your chronic yeast infections then the first thing you must do is stop feeding the fungus. You must starve it so you can weaken it so it becomes easier to kill. As the fungus is being starved then the yeast will be as well so your body can then get back the control it had over the yeast originally, and then the yeast won't be able to mutate into a fungus anymore.
Recurrent yeast infection are easy to cure once your body has the ability to prevent the yeast from mutating into fungus. Once your body does this your health will also improve as the fungus will destroy it from the inside if you allow it to.
