Candida is the common term used to describe a group of yeast called Candida Albicans that commonly affect the skin. This yeast normally lives in small numbers in the body, residing in the throat, mouth, and intestinal tract. The body’s immune system normally controls this yeast’s population, but if the good bacteria in the system are killed by antibiotics or if the immune system is weakened, Candida will increase and infection could occur. This yeast can potentially create holes in the intestinal tract, allowing it to enter the blood stream and make its way to an organ where it can emit in excess of 70 different toxins. Some of the common infections that are a result of the proliferation of this yeast are vaginal yeast infections and oral thrush.

Candida or yeast infections are caused by a fungus called Candida Albicans and more commonly occur in the vagina of women. It can also happen in the mouth, under skin folds and anywhere else it is moist and warm, and it is not just limited to women, men can get it too as can children.

Nail Fungus is a really serious trouble and many individuals are experiencing it and want a remedy for their fingernails. The very clear indications of yeast infection include heavy and brittle nails.
