Yeast Infections are very common to happen to women. In fact, it shows that 11.2 million women are diagnosed every single year. Basically how yeast is formatted is by the following… First of all, we have micro organisms that live inside our body called yeast. We all have it, so its normal, its actually “bacteria”, its everywhere and anywhere and it is part of our living. This yeast will live and do no harm to the human body. But, due to our changes in our hormones, lifestyle and what we eat will depend on how yeast responds in our body. So once yeast finds it self to multiply in our body, it then goes out searching through out our whole body for a warmth and moist environment, which of course is the vagina, mouth and even our rectum.

Found mostly in women but in men also, yeast infection is troublesome and is something like crawling your body. It can occur in any body part which has moisture and heat like nostrils, sex organs and armpits. It is better to understand the yeast infection causes. It is due to the fungus bacteria developed in the vagina or penis by cadida Albicans that causes redness, thick discharge or itching in sex organ areas.

There might be a point in which you will suffer from a yeast infection, in fact, this infection is so common to happen to most women at one point in their life. This is normal. Although many women don’t understand why they get it and how, well there is bacteria inside our body which are called “yeast”, and this yeast bacteria can live inside us without doing harm to us. But, once the yeast gets upset it then starts to rapidly multiply and it will look for a warm place to build and live thus resulting in a yeast infection.
